Now treated with LUBRI-ARMOUR, LUBRIPLATE’s anti-microbial additive developed to prevent the decomposition of lubricants caused by microorganisms. LUBRIPLATE SYNXTREME FG greases treated with LUBRI-ARMOUR, remain fresh and last longer in harsh food processing plant environments. LUBRIPLATE SYNXTREME FG/220 products are 100% synthetic, calcium sulfonate based greases. Their advanced technology delivers outstanding shear stability, reduced wear and excellent resistance to water and other corrosive substances. These food grade greases are manufactured with ingredients that comply with FDA 21 CFR 178.3570, FDA 21 CFR 172.882 and FDA 21 CFR 182 G.R.A.S. The heavy, 100% synthetic fluid used in these greases delivers increased oxidation stability and enables them to be effective at application temperatures between 450ºF and 500ºF with frequent re-lubrication intervals.
